Biography
I work with adults and adolescents striving for change. People who have recognized that they are ready for something to be different in their lives. Whether you are seeking a small shift, or a larger transformation this is the place to work towards those goals. I work with people who may be struggling and not knowing what to do or who to talk to. I have experience working with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, self-esteem, grief/loss, addiction, relationship conflict, and life transitions. I provide individualized care for my Clients, pulling from a variety of different modalities. I was trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, but use Psychodynamic and Humanistic approaches as well. We will look at how your past experiences influence your present day functioning, while providing you ways to navigate present day life stressors. I don’t believe in a one size fits all approach. Each Client needs something uniquely tailored to their individual needs. You will be provided with a safe and warm environment to work towards your therapeutic goals. Your experience will be honored and treated with empathy and non-judgment. You are the expert of your own experience and I will work collaboratively with you to discover the tools and answers already within you.
